The installer console is a feature available to professional installers only. It will allow you to link all your installed automationbridge units to your installer account, allowing you to monitor and remotely access for support.


It will also allow you to setup a new automationbridge, configure it as required, using your installer account, and then be able to perform a handover to the end user upon completion, whilst still retaining visibility and support access.

If you do not have an account, please compete the registration process using the Register link on the login page.

 

Once your account has been verified and approved, you will receive a confirmation email from Skaro Technology


 

Using the Installer Console

 

When you log into the installer console, you see the below screen, this will contain your details, you can update them as required, however if you need to change the email address, please log a support ticket. 

 

 

At the top right Is a menu, from here you can perform the following 

 

 

Once you have some customer devices linked to your installer account, these will show in the lower section, here is an example.

This will show the serial number, name of the owner and their email address, along with the version of their device, what platform it is and what voice services are enabled.

 

To the right is a drop down menu for each device, with the available actions.

  • The Remote Access link will take you to the login page for the customers device, allowing you to log in with your installer credentials.

 

  • The View Logs link will take you directly to the logs page, without the need to login.

 

  • The Handover line will allow you to process the handover of the bridge from from the installer account to the customers name/email. (more on this further down this document)

 

  • The Reset Reg link will allow you to reset the registration on this bridge, releasing it to be registered as new.

- Handing over a configured automationbridge to the customers account


- Linking an existing automationbridge customer device to your account
