If you have some already installed customer devices, these can be linked back to your installer account.

 

  • Via the Installer console, select the option Generate Link Key from the menu. 

 

  • Click the Generate Key button 

 

  • Copy this key, and provide to the customer (or use yourself) in the linking process below.

Steps to link on the customers automationbridge

  • Navigate to the Settings page on the automationbridge.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the ‘Edit Advanced Settings’ button.
  • There is a section labelled ‘Installer Association’  

 

 

  • Click the Link button, and then enter the linking code. 

 

 

  • This will check and confirm if successful, and then return you back to the Advanced Settings page.
  • You will now see that the device is linked to your installer account, along with showing your contact details.
