Once you have setup an automationbridge using your installer account, and is configured ready to go, there is a process to hand this over, which is basically changing the registration of the device from your installer account to the end user/customer.
Step 1 - Via the installer console, find the required device, and then via the popup menu, select Handover.
It is important at this point, to un-link this device from any Google/Alexa/HomeKit account that you have used for testing before proceeding.
Please note : The Handover link will only appear when the device is registered with the installer account.
Step 2 - Enter the new customer name and email address, then click the Handover button to proceed.
Step 3 - The handover will be actioned, and confirmed.
Step 4 - The customer will then receive an email, asking them to confirm the handover, this will contain a direct link to perform this action (only valid for 30 minutes).
Step 5 - Clicking on the link provided, the customer can now enter/update their details, and choose their own password.
The handover is now complete, the device is now registered to the end user, and they can now connect the voice services as required from their personal devices.
