✅ Fibaro HC2/HCL
✅ Fibaro HC3/HC3L

The Bond plugin will quickly add your Bond bridge to your Fibaro controller.

- Blinds will be supported with Open/Close & Stop Actions

- Fireplaces, Fans & Generic Devices will be  supported  and will dynamically add the required buttons (HC3/HC3L only)

* Before you being this process, please ensure that you have connected your Bond Bridge to your home network and setup and configured your blinds via the Bond app.

This guide assumes that you have already purchased the Bond plugin from within the automationbridge interface.

Step 1 - Click the Add button under the Bond logo to begin.

Step 2 - The Bond bridge will now be discovered on your network, and if successful its IP address will be automatically entered, if not, then manually enter its IP address.

Step 3 - It will now try and connect to the Bond bridge, setting up the required authentication.

Please note that this process must be done shortly after powering on the Bond, if you get an error like this

just un-plug and then plug back in the Bond bridge and try again.

Click Next to proceed.

Step 4 - It will now fully connect and retrieve the list of devices, and will update your Fibaro Controller for the supported device type

Click OK to proceed to the plugin settings page, from here you can perform a Sync to add new devices for existing hubs, or add subsequent hubs.

If you are using the Fibaro HC3 controller,  you will find Virtual Device(s) has been created for each of the corresponding Bond device.

For example Blinds are created like this, with the Open/Close & Stop actions.

Other devices will be created as a binary switch device, if other actions are defined in the Bond app for these, they will also be added to the Quick App, for example for a Fireplace.

If you are using a Fibaro HCL/HC2 controller, you will find Virtual Device(s) has been created for each of the corresponding Bond device.

For example Blinds are created like this, with the Open/Close & Stop actions.

Other devices will be created with the On/Off & Toggle Actions only like so

Please note that as the Bond Bridge is unable to provide the state (ie Open/Closed) the bridge will maintain its own state internally, based on the commands received, so may not always show the correct state, if for example a manual remote was used.
