If requested to by Skaro Technology support, you can now enable remote access to your automationbridge for the support team, this is done via secure access methods and only accessible by support team.


Step 1 - Log into the automationbridge web interface.


Step 2 - Go to the Menu (top right) and then select Settings


Step 3 - Enable Remote Access.


Step 4 - Once Remote Access is enabled, you will now have a new option to Enable and Disable Remote support as required.

Please make sure to disable Remote Support if no longer required, or instructed to by the support team.
