If requested to by Skaro Technology support, you can now enable remote access to your automationbridge for the support team, this is done via secure access methods and only accessible by support team.


It is a requirement of this feature that login security is enabled first, if this is not enabled, please see this article for more info on how to setup and use.


Step 1 - Enable Remote Access.


Step 2 - Once Remote Access is enabled, you will now have a new option to Enable and Disable Remote support as required.

Please make sure to disable Remote Support if no longer required, or instructed to by the support team.
