  • Email support via support@skaro.com.au is still available.

  • To log a new support ticket using our web portal, please visit support.skaro.com.au.au and create an account (if you have previously had a support account with us, you just need to request a password reset).

This Freshdesk instance is no longer in use, and will be closed down end of 2025. All existing guide, help desk tickets (new and historical) have been migrated.
