The Scene Editor is a new feature that was introduced in v2025.03 of the automationbridge, and is available for those customers using it in 'STANDALONE' mode with the plugins.
It will allow you to create scene, that perform a number of actions on your available devices, these scenes are then available to Alexa, Google & Apple Homekit platforms, along with the Home/Away feature and the Notifications platform.
For example, you could create a nighttime or morning scene, or a scene that activates a number of lights when you return home automatically.
On the Home Page, you will find a new Plus button in the Scene listing.
Clicking this will then ask for a name for the scene, give it a name and click Next
Your scene will then be created, and confirmed, click Next
Here you can select from the available devices (for now Switches, Lights, Dimmers & Blinds are supported, further types will be added in the next update)
Next you can select the actions to be performed, these will change based on the device selected, for example
Click Add when done and this will start to build the sequence of actions, for example.
Here you can remove an action from the sequence, or re-order the sequence to suit.
This scene is then available via the Home Page to enable for Voice Control, to be selected from the Home/Away module, and also as a trigger for the Voice Notifications module.
Here you can also edit the scene, to make any changes, just click the blue edit icon.
