As from v2023.11 of the automationbridge, a new feature has been added that will allow you to reset the bridge back to DHCP if incorrect IP address settings are entered for the DNS and/or Gateway.
If after the reboot of applying the settings, you are unable to log in, and the following error is displayed, which means that the automationbridge cannot reach the authentication server, and unable to use a cached password to login, you can choose to Reset to DHCP and reboot, to do this click the button as below.
You will then be asked to confirm the reset, click YES to proceed.
The reset will then be actioned, and then click the Reboot button
Upon reboot, you should then be able to log into the automationbridge. If you still continue to have issues please log a support ticket.
