If you are using the Fibaro HC3 controller, when a Home/Away device is added, a QuickApp is created that emulates a Binary Sensor. This will then show if the device is Home or Away, and can be used as a trigger in scenes or other logic processes.

The device will show like this when Home,

And like this when Away.

Along with the info panel, showing the status and when Last Updated.
