The Tasmota plugin will allow you to use your Tasmota flashed Tuya based devices with your controller.
* Before you being this process, please make sure that your Tasmota device is ready, and has been assigned a static IP address. This plugin has been developed with v8 of the Tasmota firmware, we cannot guarantee it will work with lower versions.
This guide assumes that you have already purchased the Tasmota plugin from within the automationbridge interface.
Step 1 - Click the Add button on the Tasmonta plugin, on the plugins page of the automationbridge.
Step 2 - Enter the IP address of the device you wish to add and then click Next.
Step 3 - The automationbridge will then attempt to connect to the device and identify its capabilities and type, and return back with the device's found. This example is using an Arlec 4-way power board.
Step 4 - Click OK, this completes the addition of the Tasmota device and you will find that you now have new VD's in your Fibaro controller.
You will now be at the Settings page for the plugin, from here you can add additional Tasmota devices, and perform a Sync to update if you have renamed any devices.
The following devices types are currently supported.
- Switch (Single or multi-board)
- Light (on/off & dimming only)
Please note that Skaro Technology cannot advise on how to flash your device with the Tasmota firmware, you will need to arrange this yourself, and confirm electrical compliance with any country specific standards.
