When using the Doorbird plugin, you are required to create a user account via the Doorbird app, this user account will have the required permissions to allow the plugin to function fully.
Step 1 - Open the Doorbird app, and click the Settings icon, bottom right.
Step 2 - Under the Further Functionality section, click the link for Administration, and login with the administrator username and password (please note this is different from the normal user account)
Step 3 - Under the User section at the top of this screen, click the Add link.
Step 4 - Accept the username it has created, press on the eye icon, to reveal the password, note this down as it will be required when setting up the plugin.
Step 5 - Enter Fibaro into the Name (comment) field and then click the Permissions link.
Step 6 - Make sure that all permissions are enabled, then press the Back link.
Step 7 - press the Save link at the top right of this screen.
Step 8 - This will then return you back to the Administration screen, please make sure to press on the Save link at the top right as well, this will complete the user account setup process.
